Innovation first

An innovative work environment with a team of enthusiastic and helpful power player colleagues and an open-door mentality. Bring it to the floor or check in one-on-one; together we move forward.

It's all in the details. Let's talk.

Your primary responsibility is to search for and analyze suitable locations for the ultra-fast charging network we are developing. You will utilize location-based data on environmental factors that describe the potential, as well as aspects like spatial planning, permit issues, and so on.

After a positive evaluation of a location, your colleagues will start acquiring the necessary land rights and developing the site into an attractive charging station. During the subsequent steps, you will remain involved and will be regularly consulted, ensuring you play a central role in the development process.

At the beginning, you will start under the guidance of an experienced expert, and as you gain experience, you will gradually take on more tasks and responsibilities within your role, considering your capabilities.

  • You will actively search for interesting locations that fit into the developing network and provide space for the concept we have in mind.
  • Potential locations will also be presented to you by various external parties. You will analyze the feasibility and potential of these locations using the available data and present your findings to your colleagues.
  • When evaluating feasibility, you will consider aspects such as plot layout, spatial planning, the nature of the surroundings, existing charging infrastructure in the vicinity, etc. The use of GIS applications and geographic information is also a part of your work. You are or will become familiar with each of these aspects.
  • During the further development of the locations, you will remain involved as an expert and sounding board for your colleagues: you will answer specific questions, support them with maps or other materials, and think along with them about the steps to be taken. Daily interaction and communication with your colleagues are essential for successful projects.
  • Throughout the development process, we also make predictions about the potential of each individual location. You will use the existing prediction models and assist in their further development.
  • In general, you will continue to expand your expertise every day. You show interest in the broader developments taking place around electromobility and the energy transition. The sector is constantly evolving, so you will also need to adapt to continue performing your tasks correctly and efficiently.
  • You will contribute to data management relevant to your tasks: you monitor data quality, identify new data sources, and structure information into useful tools.
  • As an expert, you will receive many inquiries: you will always maintain an overview, have sufficient perspective to correctly assess the priority of each task, and handle all your tasks properly without losing sight of long-term goals.
  • Every project begins in some way with you, which means that from the start, you also contribute to the proper administrative follow-up of all ongoing projects.
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least some work experience.
  • Your education or previous role(s) clearly show that you have an affinity with at least one of the following three aspects: geographic information, GIS applications, and/or data management.
  • You are fascinated by the energy transition and renewable energy.
  • Knowledge of electromobility and experience with the context of environmental permits, spatial planning, retail, and/or real estate development are important assets.
  • You are a driven, results-oriented person and also very eager to learn.
  • You are a team player, enjoy close collaboration with your colleagues, and do not shy away from taking ownership.
  • You derive energy from your role as an expert and become enthusiastic when the locations you have identified come to fruition.
  • You primarily think analytically but are also capable of looking beyond the data and thinking outside the box.
  • You work very systematically, with a strong attention to detail, and maintain an overview at all times.
  • You can clearly communicate the results of your analyses, both verbally and in writing, take positions, and know how to defend them.
  • You show openness to new elements and other opinions and recognize immediately when you need to address them.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, and knowledge of French is an advantage.
