Fast-charging stations

Scroll verder
Electric driving is an essential pillar of Belgium’s energy transition. The more road users choose to go electric, the more sustainable our mobility will be. Storm is not just working on creating clean energy, but also making it available to anyone driving an electric vehicle. Rather than building another traditional petrol station, we need a lot more places where you can charge your electric vehicle quickly, safely and comfortably.

Powerful plans

Storm can rely on tonnes of expertise developing, building and financing renewable energy infrastructure. That expert knowledge will also be used to make our network of full-service fast-charging stations for electric vehicles real. Which is why we’ve joined forces with experienced mobility partner Q8. Together, we’re building up to 200 new fast-charging stations in easily accessible locations. Each fast-charging station has at least 6 to 16 charging points, each with a capacity of 400 kW.

Ultra convenience

Safety and convenience are number one priorities for these stations. Some will only feature fast chargers, but a lot of them will also have a shop for you to check off your grocery list or a quick-service restaurant so you can recharge your own batteries while sipping a coffee. Ultra-fast, convenient, and comfortable.

100% renewable energy

The fast-charging stations provide 100% renewable energy of Belgian origin. Many locations are equipped with impressive canopies, built with sustainable materials like wood. These canopies feature a green roof, allowing them to blend naturally into the environment. Additionally, a green roof promotes biodiversity by creating a habitat for small animals such as insects and birds.
