Foundation works in the Ghent Seaport are progressing well.

Storm is building six new wind turbines at the ArcelorMittal site in Ghent. Three of these wind turbines have a rotor diameter of 162 m and a capacity of 6 MW per turbine, making them the largest wind turbines in Belgium.
The works are progressing well! In the meantime, the foundations for five of the six wind turbines are in the ground. In the photos, you can see how the anchor cage of the foundation is reinforced and then filled with concrete. Once the foundation has hardened sufficiently, the construction of the wind turbines can begin. This is planned for the end of the year.
Together, the six wind turbines will produce enough to provide 24.910 families with electricity annually.
