Storm wind farm in Port Ghent is in the final phase of the construction process.

Test Run underway in Wind Farm Haven Gent.

27/1/17

Wind Farm Haven Gent is currently in the last phase of the construction process. During this phase, all electronic and mechanical parts of the turbines will undergo thorough inspection by teams of specialists.

If these inspections are satisfactory, the wind farm will go through a test run of 240 hours. During that period, the wind farm should run flawlessly. This is the last step before the wind farm will be fully operational. If everything goes well during the test run, this will happen on the 6th of March.

Obviously the wind farm already produces green energy during the test run.
